Worship
Sundays at 10:00 AM in person and on facebook
At Bethel, our worship is designed to create opportunities to encounter the Living God. We use many elements to create those opportunities: instrumental and vocal music, spoken and silent prayers, readings from the Bible, and teaching for children and adults. These essential components happen every Sunday morning, but there is a wide range of style and content within our worship that blends traditional and contemporary forms.
Hybrid Worship: In-person and Virtual
Each Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, people worship in-person in our Sanctuary and from their homes via live stream on Facebook or Zoom. Bond with the congregation by worshiping at the same time. Comment if you wish and learn about upcoming events.

Post Processed (edited) versions are shorter and run at a quicker pace. Video of the Pastor and performers is more engaging, and you can watch anytime on Facebook or YouTube.

Why Worship?
Our congregation gathers on Sunday morning for a variety of reasons:
To be rejuvenated for the week ahead;
To seek comfort and support during tough times;
To hear a message of hope and affirmation;
To find community and friendship;
To unite with others who want to make the world a better place for everyone;
To learn to grow in Christian faith;
To be inspired to serve others – to connect their lives with a larger One.
Join us for worship on Sunday at 10:00 AM.
Sermon
Our pastor preaches conversational-style sermons that are illustrated with PowerPoint images. There are moments of quiet contemplation and boisterous laughter. We seek to reach all the dimensions of being human (brain, heart, spirit, body) and the full range of human emotion (joy, sorrow, despair and happiness).

Music
Bethel has continued to keep our choral program thriving with opportunities to sing in the choir, special music and worship band. Our worship services feature traditional and contemporary hymns and anthems recorded at home by our vocalists and musicians.
This choir is a non-auditioned ensemble and is open to anyone with a love of singing. It is easy to participate, and all it takes is a pair of headphones and a smartphone.

Sacraments
We celebrate two sacraments during worship: The Lord’s Supper, also called Communion, and Baptism. Communion is typically offered on the first Sunday of each month. Baptism, by sprinkling of water, is celebrated for infants, youth and adults.
