For the remainder of January, Pastor David has created a worship series designed to celebrate the contributions of pioneering Black people who have named the injustices caused by systemic racism and who have lifted up the beauty, genius and tenacity that has come from the experience of being a person of color in America.

Each Sunday in January, David will draw on a historical figure and then link that person’s ground breaking work to a more contemporary leader.

January 30 – Cole Arthur Riley, “This Here Flesh: Spirituality, Liberation, and the Stories That Make Us”
